vBote is collaborating with Mediapro to develop the Rundown Assistant app for organizing events and television productions.
Rundown Assistant is a mobile application for managing schedules or technical scripts for events such as TV broadcasts, live concerts, plays, ceremonies, presentations, conferences, etc.
Users can define the structure of the event, as well as the blocks and details of all the elements that will participate in the event. With Rundown Assistant, it is possible to control the entire staging from a mobile device. Let the show begin!

Some of its features are:
- Create your own lines and take control of their execution in real time.
- Two information fields will help you save additional technical information for images, sound, orders for staff or speakers.
- Automatic start time estimation when using fixed time events.
- Use color codes to check the status of the schedule at a glance.
- Take control of the entire broadcast process: Play/stop or pause the line, jump to another line, or change the order of lines while the broadcast is in progress.
- Three operating modes: Automatic (the line ends automatically when its duration has elapsed), Manual (the line does not end until the skip to next line button is pressed), and Fixed time event (the line runs at the scheduled time).
- Display and option to enter times in GMT/Local time for tracking international events.
- Edit, move, or delete lines in real time if they have not been played.
- Standby/Automatic start mode: Use a fixed time event in the first line and press play. When the scheduled time arrives, the schedule will start automatically.
- Save scripts to use them as many times as you want.
- Save pre-configured lines to use them quickly as favorite lines.
- Two contrast schemes for indoors and outdoors.
