Resial is a company that entrusted vBote with digitizing delivery notes in a mobile application for better management. The idea was to have an app on drivers' cell phones where they could fill out all the delivery notes with the oil collection data from their suppliers.
vBote has developed and implemented a mobile application for the digitization and signing on smartphones of delivery notes for the collection of used oil from the hospitality industry to produce biofuel. Resial's mobile application for signing delivery notes on smartphones promotes improvements in the reverse logistics process, i.e., the collection of goods from the supplier's premises. It increases productivity from the generation of the delivery note on the devices to its electronic archiving signed in the management system.
How does the mobile delivery note signing solution work?
When at the supplier's premises, carriers generate a new delivery note in the app, recording the quantity of material collected and calculating the amount to be paid to the supplier. The smartphone terminal allows the delivery note to be displayed and the supplier's signature to be collected on its screen.
Once signed on the device by the supplier confirming the quantity collected, the application converts the delivery note into a PDF file and sends it to the management system along with other data such as the driver, time, and location of delivery. The signed delivery note is printed and given to the supplier thanks to the portable printer connected via Bluetooth to the Resial delivery note app.

Benefits of the solution = increased productivity
The mobile application for signing delivery notes on smartphones solves the problems of loss or damage that occur with paper. The delivery note signing app, integrated with the company's management system (ERP), digitizes the process in terms of logistics and administration, facilitating the tasks of the driver and the supplier from whom the product is collected.
The solution proposed by vBote automates the tasks of confirmation, filing, and data recording, which are carried out in real time, as well as preventing errors and increasing user control and productivity.
Resial is a growing family business, a pioneer in collecting used cooking oil from restaurants and households for recycling into biofuel. For more than 10 years, it has been concerned about the environment and has been working to remove costly waste so that it does not end up in the sewers in the Valencian Community and Andalusia.
